While there are some specialized cleaning services we don’t offer, we take pride in meeting each customer’s individual needs whenever possible.

We provide all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment, including environmentally friendly cleaning products, disposable products, mops and vacuum cleaners.

Absolutely! We understand that every space is unique, and your cleaning needs may vary. During the booking process, you can specify any tasks or areas you'd like our team to focus on. Our cleaners will follow your instructions and tailor the service to meet your requirements.

That’s absolutely fine! We never do lock-in contracts, and you’re absolutely free to cancel any time up to 24 hours before your appointment.

After that time, we will, unfortunately, have to charge a cancellation fee equal to two (2) hours of cleaning. Without adequate notice, we do not have the opportunity to fill a canceled timeslot with another booking, and last-minute changes to our rosters are difficult to arrange. This fee is to help compensate staff for their lost income.

Please note that our cleaning staff does not arrange their own rosters or have access to our booking schedule, so we strongly advise clients to contact us directly rather than canceling through their cleaner during the appointment.

There are unfortunately a few circumstances where it will be unsafe for our cleaners to work in a home. If any of these circumstances are not communicated to us before the appointment, our staff will need to leave upon discovery. In this case, a fee equal to two (2) hours of cleaning will be charged to help compensate staff for lost income.

These circumstances include:

• Homes with insect infestation

• Biohazard/ body fluids

• Human or animal feces

• Large amounts of mold

• Unstable boxes or furniture that might fall

• Aggressive animals

If you are unhappy with your cleaning, or certain areas were missed, we have a 24-hour timeframe in which you can call our office and share your concerns and we will come back and happily fix these areas. Anything after 24 hours we will not be able to re-clean free of charge.
