I authorize Naomi's Cleaning to contact references provided for employment reference checks. If any information I have provided is untrue, or if I have concealed material information, I understand that this will constitute cause for the denial of employment or immediate dismissal. I also agree that as a condition of employment I will be subject to pre-employment screening including drug and alcohol screening and criminal and background screening, and my employment is subject to these requirements.
